I joined the team in late 2020 to help my older brother, Avery, continue to expand Ace Wedding DJs. Since then, I have thoroughly enjoyed working closely with each of our clients, and helping make their vision come to life on wedding day.
While I will also be the one to work with you to schedule, book, and coordinate your wedding, I love to get behind the booth and work wedding dance floors!

Avery Echols
I started this business after a friend asked me to be the "Spotify manager" and MC for her wedding. Having so much fun doing so, I decided to invest in a small turntable and started working small jobs including high school homecomings, greek life formals, and even grand openings of smoothie stores.
Flash forward a few years and Ace Wedding DJ's has become a full time business servicing over 250 weddings since 2018. I get to work with my brother and best friend, and have the most exciting job imaginable.

I got into music as an audio engineer, mixing live music. After numerous gigs with another reputable DJ company, I joined with Avery to create Ace Wedding DJs. I knew how much fun I had DJ'ing events and knew how much more fun I could have building a business with a good friend of mine.
I love being able to bring my energy to a couples' big celebration and helping make their night unforgettable.

I've been working as a DJ for about 4 years now and have worked hundreds of events, mainly in the Grand Rapids area, and love it.
I believe that the DJ makes or breaks the wedding day in a lot of ways that people don't usually realize until the day of.
DJing is something that I am passionate about and has really helped me grow as a person over the past few years.

My love for music started the day I noticed how much it can affect an atmosphere and the moods of people. From there I began to grow this passion to the point I decided to make it a major part of my career, and I started managing sound for a few churches I attended. Now I am in college working on a degree in Audio and Visual Engineering.
I'm proud to be working with a company that emphasizes being more than just a DJ at a event, but also a helping hand to the bride, groom, and their families.

I’ve always had a love for music and how it brings people together.
I began my DJ journey with hosting silent discos, all while producing groovy house tracks and hosting open mics. All these skills blended harmoniously when was introduced to the wedding scene, and I haven’t looked back.

revolves around understanding how all the elements work together; musically and thematically I enjoy the classics while keep things exciting!

Music and I have always been together. I've been an engineer, a producer, an artist, and now a DJ. The right song can put me back in my first car, or break my heart all over again. Whatever your experience is, the connection between our music and our memory is strong.
I'll always believe that when two people choose each other, out of billions, it deserves to be celebrated. That's where the team at Ace and I come in. The right DJ can use music to create new memories by invoking old ones. It is more than clicking "play". It's part science, part witchcraft, and a little bit of show biz. For me, it's just what I love.
